1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Century Ventures Capital Sdn Bhd ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Sonic Hook website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

Due to the nature of our custom auditory assets (Sonic Hooks, Jingles, Audio Tracks):

• Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, you will be granted full, exclusive commercial rights to the final delivered audio assets for your brand's promotional and operational use.
• We retain the underlying intellectual property rights to the proprietary AI generation methods, prompt engineering frameworks, and systemic workflows used to create the deliverables.
• You may not resell the raw audio files as standalone stock assets on third-party platforms.

3. Purchases and Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer and approved digital payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Because our services involve highly customized digital production, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has commenced, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by our management.

4. Production Timeline & Revisions

Standard delivery timelines (e.g., 7-10 days) commence only after the final creative brief is approved by you. We provide a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your chosen package. Additional revisions beyond the stated scope will be billed at our standard hourly or per-revision rates.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our audio assets, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Malaysia. Century Ventures Capital Sdn Bhd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
